FIRST WORLD WAR BATTLEFIELDS VISITS:

Denis, a Vauquois‘s Hill volunteer tourist guide may bring you to visit the French and German’s tunnels on reservation.
on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday's mornings.
Visit fare:
3 € per adult and 1.50 € per child.
Visit duration: about 2 hours.
In the Biesme valley, in the middle of the Argonne Forest, Bénédicte and Denis welcome you in their house.

Situated between Sainte-Ménéhould (Marne) and Verdun (Meuse), we’ll be pleased to welcome you during your journey.
The A4 Paris-Metz motorway is close to the house. We are in the neighbourhood of Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany, situated at about 4hours from Calais, 2 hours and half from Paris and the German border.
The Argonne World War I battlefields are at a few minutes far away from our house. On reservation, Denis official guide can take you to the Vauquois’s hill. Then you may visit the American cemetery of Romagne-sous-Montfaucon… and Verdun surroundings.
